Linthicum Bulletin Information

Today I spoke with Mary Brown my contact at the Linthicum Church and gave her the Bulletin information. She & I figured that she would only need the two special music titles, but I gave her the other selections anyway. We’ll see what gets in the bulletin when we get there.

Nonetheless the following is a basic framework of what I have gathered we are working toward. If there are any adjustments or suggestions, it is not too late to change because probation doesn’t close on the bulletin until Thursday, March 3, 2005.

Sabbath School Special Music - DEEP RIVER

Church Prelude - LET US BREAK BREAD TOGETHER
(10:40 am – 10:50 am when the pastors come in)

--Keith Potts will accompany congregational song before announcements "Make Me a Servant"

Call to Worship (while the Pastoral staff kneel) - DEAR LORD AND FATHER
(Once through; either top or bottom Two Scores)

We will follow Keith Potts on the Hymns

--They usually have two hymns that follow the invocation, one of which is the opening hymn.
--There's Hymn 684 which follows the prayer.

Offertory - O MASTER, LET ME WALK WITH THEE

Keith Potts will play for Doxology and Children’s Offering

--They have a piece of sheet music called "Let Them Come" which serves as music (usually played twice through) while a children's offering is taken and the kids come up for their story...I've usually played that with the organist if she is present.

Special Music - AMAZING GRACE

--There's a closing hymn
--They have Hymn 690 sung as the prayer response.

Postlude - I KNOW THAT MY REDEEMER LIVETH

Just a reminder –

Please bring your string things as well for the Family Praise time during Sabbath School. We can practice brass at 8:30 on Sabbath morning and then start to play for the song service. If we need to meet there earlier, I will need to make arrangements.

Thanks for all of your help and support!
